New platform stopped working!

Since last night, whenever I login my account and try to open the new web platform, the page does not show up. Only an IG logo appears, and stays this way. The problem occurs regardless of the web browser (Firefox, Brave, Chrome). The old platform works fine. I would appreciate any explanation why this might be happening.
