Did you get this issue resolved. I also opened a new account with IG, and experiencing same problem.  I sent emails, but IG has not responded.  I have doubts whether IG is good broker!

You're best to contact the ig helpdesk (and given the coronavirus farce, it's probably best to email, unless you want to wait for hours on the phone). It's unlikely that anybody on this forum could do anything to solve your problem other than suggest you contact IG.

I have contacted helpdesk several time they have just one standard response. This has been since almost last two weeks.

Whilst I sympathize, there's not much that can be done other than take your business elsewhere and make IG aware of the reasons. Maybe if IG starts to lose customers, they might buck their ideas up a bit with regard to customer support which seems to be somewhat lacking at the moment.

Yes I agree, I already trade with Darwinex with amazing and quick customer support, but attracted to IG due to their wide range of available trading instrument. However, it was good experience upfront and now changed my mind to join other broker.

    • What do you think, Kathleen?   Looks like oil is consolidating above a 200 day SMA, so it is likely to fall down to $38 (or maybe the foreskin-tingling $36) but then it's likely to come back up to $40 and stick around that level for a while.  🤔
    • Oh look, trillions of dollars sloshing about seeking alpha and very little of it 'trickling down' to actual human beings.  No wonder there is no inflation.  You'd think somebody planned this all out or something*. https://uk.reuters.com/article/uk-health-coronavirus-britain-fca/12-million-people-in-britain-will-struggle-to-pay-bills-watchdog-says-idUKKBN2763C5   * For those who'd like to know more about it: https://www.marxists.org/archive/marx/works/download/pdf/Capital-Volume-I.pdf
    • Once again my mind cycles round to this idea of understanding wave structure and how Fibonacci ratios aren't useful on their own. But then I open up that book by Precther and Frost, and then I remember why I didn't go any further with EWP.
