Question

Hi

I had a pending order filled but the pending order remained on my prorealtime chart and still remains now .If I try to delete it it says order filled already.I have logged in and out and restarted prorealtime .Does anyone know how to remove it as it is distracting when I have a real order in place

cheers

Mark

Hi ,

Can you send a Help -Technical report via the ProRealTime charts, ensuring you have the chart open when you send the report. Just select Manual Trading as the message subject and add a note in the box to identify the issue.

We can then ask ProRealTime to remove this from your platform.

Thanks,
Dan

    • Look ahead to 31/5/23: China PMI; France GDP; Germany CPI Economic data is key on Wednesday. It starts in Japan with retail sales, followed by Chinese PMI.  Jeremy Naylor | Analyst, London | Publication date: Tuesday 30 May 2023  IGTV’s Jeremy Naylor looks at the chances that the Chinese yuan will weaken further as it becomes more and more obvious that the recovery in China is further away than initially expected.
