Can I trade share options in Dem

Hi, Two questions.  Can I trade share options in a Demo account (Apple, Tesla etc.) secondly, can I trade options like Apple etc. in a Live account.  Before I go live I would like to see the Options screens.  Thanks

only a few index options, commodities and fx show on the plaform (demo and actual acct) , unfortunately individual company options only available by phone...otherwise you will need to open an acct with an options broker

As a couple of follow on questions:

So stock options are offered but telephone only? Is that as a spread bet or CFD or both?

Does IG offer options on metals and commodities e.g. gold, silver, oil etc?

I dont know if its cfd or spread bet but I would guess its both by phone, the same as its both with index/ commodities/ fx options online.  Yes, options on oil, gold and silver are available.Why not open a demo acct , then you will see exactly what you can trade...
