ProRealTime not working on Demo Account



I've tried to activate PRT on my demo CFD account, but get the message: "Server error. The trial period for ProRealTime on your demo account has ended. If you would like to use PRT on your demo account again you will need to activate PRT on your Live account."

PRT is already active on my Live account, as you can see from the snapshot below - it gives me the option to Disable PRT for live accounts above Activate PRT for demo accounts. I've included a screenshot. Could you please help me with this?

Yes happened a few times. Option 1 try emailing, Option 2 try 'chat' and lastly Option 3 call IG, Its something at IG end. the Pro Realtime 'demo' expires every month even when you opt to pay IG at £30.00 pounds per month  to access  Pro Real time (after the 2 month trial period). It still needs reactivating every month. Opportunity to say to Hi to someone at IG. This happened on spread betting account so I can see CFD is similar.
