Hi All
I am new to IG .
I installed IG L2 dealer software alongwith pre-requisites but I am getting the connection issue.
"Your connection was unexpectedly terminated. L2 dealer will now close.It was not possible to connect to hosts : dealer.l2dealer.com"
I have searched on the community forums and ensured that account Id and account username are different. But still the issue persists.
Also, note that L2 data feed is enabled for my account.
I have written mail to tech support but no response yet.Kindly help . Thanks in advance.
