Where can I get one to one training and support?

Hello, I'm new to IG and trading in general. I would like to find one to one training where someone can take me through trading strategies / analysis and the IG platform. I envisage a regular commitment of at least 5 or 6hrs per week face to face (zoom) contact. Eg Mon 2hrs, Tue 1hr, etc. I'd be looking to trade with real money from the outset and obviously pay for the training. 

Is there such a service? If so any recommendations on where to look?
