tax wrapper not enabled

Hi,

I tried to purchase NIO inc shares via my ISA account but got the message that this was not available under the tax wrapper associated to my account. 

is there any way to fix that?

found some answer on IG

"Not tax wrapper enabled. means that it cannot be traded in an ISA due to the tax rules applied in an ISA. You should be able to trade the securities in your dealing account instead but you will be subject to tax.
