Locked out of my account........



I can't access my account..... I want a guarantee or insurance that my trade in FX on NZDAUD to be guaranteed to cost me no more than $100AUD of a loss. I will not accept any more and will be holding IG fully responsible for any further losses incurred ......

I'm not sure what level I set my stop loss at, It's usually generically set and then I manage it as the trade progress. Currently now as I'm writing this I'm unable to access the account to set and monitor my holdings. This is unacceptable performance yet again from IG.

Also been on the phone to 1800601773 for over 35min as of writing this email.....

With no help, checked the status page and who cares what you post there, it's still unacceptable that this broker can have it's servers and services fully inaccessible.  

This is legally binding statement  that IG is fully responsible and liable for any losses I incur from here on in as of writing this communication.
