Received a margin call on ProShares VIX yesterday by email at 3:15pm but when I logged in you had already automatically closed the position.
1) What's IG's policy on margin calls in Spread Bet accounts?
2) Why did you close the position with no warning?
3) Do you automatically close positions in ISA accounts too?
4) Why don't you answer the phone, even after waiting an hour?
