Cosmic

Question

Hi Everyone,

I iopened and individual stock ISA last year on the IG platform, andused it to  by £20k of stocks.  With the  new tax year beginning next week, I want to start investing this year's allowance as well.  My question is, do I just do thuis by addi g to my existing ISA, or do I need a completely separate ISA for this tax year?  Sorry if this i a daft question

You will be able to add more funds to the existing ISA. However you will only be able to do this once the new ISA year begins (6th April I think) as you have already used all of your allocation for this (tax) year.
