FSTE posting record high after London close

can some one explain to me why FSTE is posting new highs after London close ?

You have FTSE100 futures, which is a roll-over after the cash open. Dont forget you have all your march and june contracts as well which are run by ICE.

As Donald said, because IG do Ftse futures as well, unlike some other platforms that show only Ftse 8am - 4:30pm.

 

Btw, these new highs are only highs in sterling. In reality ftse is still in its low 6000 in US$, where it was before the EU referendum. The decision that collapsed the value of Gbp.
