EUA carbon price history on IG

This is a request to IG to fill in the data for the EUA futures price as there are approximately 5 to 10 days of missing data for this time series which means that the technical indicators related to the price are not accurate.  You can see the missing data during April in the graph below.  It would be great if this could be filled in on the IG system. thanks

I wanted to raise this again as I note that the data has still not been filled in.  there also appear to be another two days of bad data in the time series as marked on the graph below.

I have checked Bloomberg and i can confirm that the data on IG for July 22 and 23 is indeed incorrect.  Please see the data for those two days from Bloomberg below

Still no update at the moment, the ticket is still open and is being looked at. Thank you for your patience, the IT team deals with a number of cases at different priority levels. As soon as we do get feedback we will post on this chat. FYI the incident number is now INC0587540
