What is happening with MRW sale proceeds?

According to the scheme documentation (wording below), settlement should have occurred on or before 10/11/2021.

It is now 12/11/20201 and the transaction has not yet been processed on my account. Anybody been advised of the timeline by IG?

Settlement of the consideration to which Scheme Shareholders are entitled under the terms of the
CD&R Final Offer will be effected in the manner set out in paragraph 12 of Part II (Explanatory
Statement) of the CD&R Scheme Document as soon as practicable and, in any event, by no later than
10 November 2021.

Thanks for the query. 

We are still awaiting proceeds from our broker. Once we receive the funds we will allocate to client accounts. We expect to receive these funds within 2-3 working days.
