about placing pre market order

hey i have noticed when i place a premarket order if price goes down than my limit price ig accepts my order and if price goes up than my limit price it rejects my order i dont know why . why ig is being unfair , does it benefit IG if we lose our money .

IG does not benefit from clients losing funds.
We had a seminar on that topic organised after clients asked that question.

Depending if you are going long or short, a limit order will place the order at a level that is more favorable than the current market price. For example is the price is lower than your limit when you buy a share, the lowest price between current and your limit will be used. If you are selling the lowest price between current price and your limit will be used.

It is possible that your order are not executed as the limit is too far from the current price.
