Thanks for reaching out. We are currently not offering opening positions to any shares that have exposure to Russia. This change was made due to the ongoing conflict and the sanctions that resulted. One cant be sure as it is a fluid situation, however we are unlikely to offer Evraz until there is some resolution to the conflict.
