For the past 2 years I've been using IG on my iPad via the website on Safari. Mostly to view charts/trades while working. In the past week a problem has arisen, either from IG or IOS update. Now when I'm in the trading page, deal.ig.com looking at a chart, eg EUR / GBP - it refreshes/reloads the full webpage every minute or so. Making it really unusable. Sometimes it crashes completely and Safari just says there was a problem with the page.
Similarly, when I use the official IG app on the iPad, which is same as the iPhone app but bigger layout - charts stop reloading after 15mins and I have to close the app completely and reopen.
Whatever updates have come about, can we revert? It wasn't broken before :-)
