Thank you all for reaching out. 

We have escalated your query to the relevant team who will investigate on priority.

We kindly ask that you also send a technical report to the PRT team from your PRT platform. Locate the main toolbar in PRT and click 'Help' > Help Center > Choose I'm having a technical problem and select the relevant option. After completing all steps, click on 'send report'. Thank you, OfentseIG
