I'm new to IG

I have multiple open positions in the one stock

Currently IG average the prices and show that number on the chart

I like to see when and where I bought ...is it possible to show each open position on the chart?

Thank you for reaching out. 

When you buy shares in the same company, the platform records it as one open position and averages the price. In the share trading account, this cannot be recorded as separate transactions as you are adding on to the shares you hold in that market. Therefore, the chart would always reflect one open position.
