US Premarket not able to buy?

Hello, I tried today at 11.45am to buy some PayPal shares using isa/sharedealing a/c but i get the message "Market not available online, the market you have requested is no longer available online" the thing is I have a green light against PayPal therefore it should be open for trading premarket? Can you look into this please and tell me why. Thanks

Dear @Tony,

Thank you for your post. Please note that PayPal is an all-sessions stock meaning you can trade it before and after the US market opens. To be able to do this before the market opens, you need to select a Limit order with a Day (All Session) expiry as in the screenshot below. A market order will only work at the US market open.

Ok thanks very much I tried what you said and it worked ! Before i selected at market and that was why.

I selected the limit price as the touch price and it was dealt instantly, so by using this method one can not improve on the offer price going through a market maker ? As I suppose they are not working/open yet ?
