PRT 12 is much slower

fxlapt

Question

After using V12 for the first time today, I noticed straight away bringing up charts in noticably slower. For 1000 units ,V11 was almost instantaneous, you only briefly saw the blue loading line, now its appear for a couple of seconds . Im using the same setttings as it retained tham all for me. Surely an upgraded version should not be slower?

I also experienced higher CPU load in general, so much so that it delayed new orders - especially when the preview order on chart was enabled. This is a huge set back.

Also, V12 still doesn't let you add multiple profit targets to an order where the minimum allowed quantity was used.

Order flow as it is provided in V12 isn't useful enough.

    • Dear @JamSea, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your feedback on the TradingView integration. We’re aware of the issue with the Volume and VWAP indicators, and our development team is actively working on resolving it. However, we don’t have an ETA at the moment. We understand how important these features are, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Regards, AshishIG
    • Hi all. Has anyone had errors or issues with the new TradingView integration. My issue is that I cannot use Volume and VWAP indicators. It appears that anything requiring volume data does not work, and only shows error against the indicator. IG Trading - can you advise when volume data shall be available on the TradingView platform. Thank you.
    • Staying stuck in gloomy bearish seasons has never been the right approach in the market, so when the market isn’t so favourable I tend to always explore various events to stay profitable. Events don’t get more fun and rewarding at same time than spinning events, so when I saw 100% Spin hot coins events on Bitget with Apple sets and other rewards up for grabs, I just had to quickly jump on it. Participation is pretty simple too, one just has to register, make a net deposit using deposit methods to get spins, trade copy or futures trading for more spins, then spin for the rewards. One exciting thing about the event is its extended duration, lasting from August 28 to September 25, giving participants ample time to spin and get incentivized. A fun and rewarding event if you ask me, only be sure to follow the rules to stay eligible.
