Overnight financing not updating on Demo account

Recommended Posts

Overnight financing is not correctly updating as I would expect on the 2 trades I have open currently, should be receiving a credit each day on both positions? I’ve not received anything on the trades for Monday? Am I missing something here or is there an issue with updates on the demo account?

Overnight Funding has stopped updating again on demo accounts I've had no overnight Funding applied for last week 04/03/24 to 08/03/24. why does this keep happening every couple of months? This issue doesn't give me great confidence to have a real money account with the amount of times this has occurred in last 5 months.

If overnight financing isn't updating on your demo account, it may indicate a technical glitch. Contact customer support for assistance, ensuring accurate tracking of costs and balances. Prompt resolution ensures an optimal trading experience and prevents discrepancies in simulated trading activities.

The overnight financing is updating again for this current week. It's just irritating that this keeps not working 3 times in the last 4 months. I can just add to the balance to compensate for the last weeks missing carry interest which is quicker that contacting support and having them adjust something that should just work in the first place. Once this bug is fixed it should just automatically run and work, I can't understand why it's stopping every month or so. I can understand they don't want to put much time into the simulated trading software as they're not making any money or commissions, but it just needs to be approximately correct and not completely stop working randomly.

It's possible that there could be a delay or issue with the overnight financing updates on your demo account. Double-checking with your broker's support team or checking their platform's help section could provide clarity. Sometimes, these updates may not reflect immediately, but if the issue persists, it's best to reach out to your broker for assistance.

Whether you receive overnight funding for your open positions may depend on a number of factors, including market conditions and your broker's policies. However, if you have not received funding for your positions, it may be worth contacting your broker's support team for clarification.

    • Pepe Coin, inspired by the internet's beloved meme, has ventured into the cryptocurrency realm with gusto, raising eyebrows and sparking intrigue. While initially viewed as a lighthearted endeavor, the trajectory of Pepe's price has become a serious topic of discussion. At present, Pepe's price sits at approximately $0.000008, witnessing a recent uptick of 5.96%. However, volatility remains a defining characteristic of meme coins, as evidenced by a recent dip to $0.000007 just last week. The speculation surrounding Pepe's future is varied. Some foresee potential growth spurred by the potential approval of Bitcoin ETFs and a broader altcoin season later in 2024. Price projections for the year span from a low of $0.00000055 to a high of $0.00000237. Looking ahead, analysts paint a range of scenarios: By 2025, Pepe Coin could trade between $0.00000374 and $0.00000732, with an average price of approximately $0.00000553. For 2030, forecasts envision a price range of $0.00001237 to $0.00001595, with an average around $0.00001416. Pepe Coin's appeal lies in its deflationary model, meme-centric ecosystem, and dedicated community. These factors, coupled with recent price momentum, make it an enticing prospect for some investors. However, it's essential to acknowledge the inherent risks associated with meme coins. In summary, Pepe Coin presents itself as a potentially enjoyable and profitable investment opportunity, but prudent consideration and risk awareness are paramount.
    • Yeah, pre-market trading can be a good way to snag some new tokens before they hit the main exchange. I just got in on ZeroLend this way actually. It's kind of like an early access thing, you can lock in a price with another trader before everything goes live. It's not for everyone, there's less liquidity and the price can be more volatile, but for ZeroLend, I figured the potential benefits were worth it. We'll see how it plays out!
