Level 2 issues

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have recently opened an account and downloaded the level 2app,

However, I am experiencing several issues.

Many of the shares (such as BAE systems) dont appear to be selectable on the system. Even when I find the stock in the dictionary, I am unable to slect it and bring up any information. Right clicking the mouse brings up a menu, with all the options greyed out.

On the L2 screen, rather than seeing the buy/sell bid prices with the amount of shares, I see a bid/offser spread price and dont see the amount purchased/sold.

I have re-installed the app several times, with any change. I reached out to the support team but havent had any response for a day, which is rather poor.

I was planning on transferring my SIPP to IG, but my concern is that the system is rather flakey, and so I am hesitent to do so at the moment.

Any pointers would be welcome

Dear @micromonkeyman,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with L2 right now. To resolve this, please make sure you have subscribed to data feeds on My IG > setting > Data feeds for certain exchanges. Additionally, to assist with AIM shares, please send us your account details to helpsdesk.uk@ig.com so that our accounts team can check your account setup.

Hi,

sent a message to the helpdesk on Thursday and have not received any response. I Have also sent seveal logs to the helpdesk to assist them in debugging the issue.

This seems rather sloppy for such large trading company. It almost seems that my business isnt wanted. I appreciate that its a period when some people are on leave but I would expect some response after 3 days

Is there any other team that can assist

Dear @micromonkeyman,

It's possible that there was an issue with the delivery of your email. We've checked our inbox for any emails from your address, but we couldn't find any. I've gone ahead and sent you an email, so if you could please respond to that email with the logs, I'll be able to forward it to our technical team.

Thanks,

KoketsoIG

    • Basically, they're letting creators mint NFTs and other digital stuff across multiple blockchains at once. Holograph isn't the only one trying to build bridges between blockchains. Projects like Omnibridge and Wormhole are also in the game, each with their own way of moving your digital assets around.  While Holograph focuses on this "native minting" thing across chains, other projects might be a better fit depending on what you need. Doing your research is key! Definitely something to consider. While Holograph recently scored a cool $11 million in funding, omnichain functionality is still pretty new. They've also got some interesting features, just landed on Bitget, and seems to be building an empire state. There could be bumps in the road, so be sure to do your own research and understand the potential risks. So, what do you think? Is Holograph the future of NFTs, or is it just a bunch of hype? Have you tried any other cross-chain solutions? Let's hear your thoughts in the comments!
    • May 22nd marks Bitcoin Pizza Day, a celebration of the first real-world transaction using Bitcoin. In 2010, Laszlo Hanyecz made history by offering 10,000 Bitcoins for two Papa John's pizzas, showcasing Bitcoin's practical potential. The cryptocurrency community commemorates this milestone with various events, including meetups, webinars, and giveaways. Bitget's Pizza Day Raffle is one such event, offering prizes in cryptocurrencies and tokens. Whether you're interested in Bitcoin's history, community, or uses, this event is worth exploring.
    • HashPack rocks. Their wallet's is easy to use, and they're everywhere in Hedera (dApps, DeFi, NFTs). The Bitget listing is gonna be insane for them.
