No portfolio value on demo account

Today, after Christmas break, I noticed that there was no portfolio value on my demo account. I can make a deal but I can't check my margin and value. Is there something I can do with that? Thank you.

Would this global issue also explain why pressing the "Create demo account" has no effect?

I created a demo account after lowering my privacy protection down to include third party cookies.
