Hi - I have a new account on IG, it has been over a week since I submitted my initial fund transfer from DBS bank in Singapore, to IG's Stanchart account in Singapore.
Can I ask how long does it usually take for the transfer (website states 4 working days)?
I have sent numerous emails with proof of payment to IG's helpdesk with no response.
I would appreciate a response direct to my email or over this forum.
