What's the difference between "new order" and "new trade"?

In IG spreadbets, is there a difference? I'm assuming there's a reason why they have separate sections

Hi @AmazinTrade, If you're talking about Deal and Order options: a Deal allows you to execute trades at the current market price, whereas an Order lets you set a specific market price at which the trade will be carried out.
