'Currently restricted from opening any new positions on the account'

Hi there IG team,

 

I am currently restricted from opening any new positions on my account. I have self identified where the problems might be and announced this via email. There were other users on this community having one of the issues I have identified : funds being mixed with other people funds on the bank account which needed clarification. After they provided the requested documents, the account was restored.

 

Could you please take a look at the account and let me know via email what documents might be needed ?
