Can't place a order or edit

Currently,there is an issue of place and edit the order ,is anyone with the same problem?

yes. All the currencies are grayed out and can't buy/sell.

They say they are having problems. You can call them if you want to close a position. They pointed me to this site to check the status of the issue > https://status.ig.com/

There are server issues. I had problems closing a trade

I ended up closing a trade over the phone with 300 profit when I was up 1k by the time I rung up and got quote to close. **** ridiculous

This has been going on for the past hour. It’s ridiculous. Any trades I managed to open and close after countless trying does not appear on my position breakdown, meaning I can’t keep track of the correct P&L nor CLOSE the trade in loss/profit. Plus, I don’t even know if they are even open because the total P&L is showing the old figures before I opened them.
