Sync between mobile and web platforms

Question

Hi, where is my watchlists on the web and mobile platform not syncing? 
 

E.g., I use my web platform to create and edit my watchlists. When i log into my mobile app, the mobile app does not reflect the updated watchlists. I have tried re-installing the app, clearing the cache/data of the mobile app, but it's still not updating.
