Unable to edit price of working order with 20 min delay

Hey All,

I am using the new share trading platform which I really like! however I am unable to edit the price of an existing working order with a 20 min delay, see below screen shot.

Has anyone else run into the same problem? if so have you found a way to update an order like this? I have tried thru the deal ticket as well but there does not seem to be an update functionality there either.

I had a similar issue last night. I could not edit or place any orders. The error message was something like 'order cannot be completed due to price movements'. It cleared this morning but it's kind of worrying because it suggests problems lie at the server end.

I also faced same issue and i missed big opportunity due to this . i am thinking to move to some other platform. .
