Trying to logon to MT4 with my IG details - not working!!

Hi all, New to trading and IG and just found out i can use MT4 but having issues logging in.. Dont have an account number as ig user name isnt numerical.

Please help guide me in the right directon my g's.

Hi, for a live mt4 account IG should have sent 2 emails, one with the login name (5 numbers) and one with the password. The login name is also written in your My IG dashboard page.
