New Platform

When I go to My IG and try and open in the new platform I get the following:-

You’ve got the platform open in another tab or window. For your security, you’ll need to close that before you can open the platform here.

Well the platform is not open in any platform,  so how do I resolve this?  Customer service has no idea, quite a surprise.

This does occur if you have the old platform open in one window/browser and try to open the new platform in a separate window/browser. But it shouldn't happen if you have all other instances of the platform closed. 

Can you tell us which account you're using (Spreadbet, CFD or Share dealing)?  I will ask the tech team why this might be happening.
