unexpected error has occured

So, on my Spread bet account every time I try to place an order I get the above error message, "an unexpected error has occurred Please contact (Number)" Then when I contact this number I get no answer, Been waiting over an hour for a member of staff to answer the Phone but nothing. This error message only occurs on my spread bet account and not my other account. (Tried on different web browsers too) Does anybody Know a Fix?

This exact same thing is happening to me. I cannot place any trades and no one answers the phone number in the error message.

The fact that an admin hasn't responded to this thread is concerning. Makes me think twice about using IG..

I get this all the time, I even buy stock and cant find it.  the system keeps say ring this number, it is not a reliable platform at all.
