Question

I instructed my bank on 16/03 to move funds to you so I could invest for the first time with you. That money has still not appeared in my account with you although it certainly left my bank. I have attempted to telephone but the calls are cut off after a period. I have posted on the community and sent you messages in various ways with no response or explanation. I appreciate this is a busy time but this silence is unacceptable.
