Client call back requests

Due to the volume of calls and emails we've been receiving during this volatile period in the market. Clients may have found it somewhat difficult to get through to us. We've provided an alternative solution to get hold of the trading solutions department.
Please send an email to helpdesk.uk@ig.com with your query.  However, please ensure you CC me in the email kenneth.fasedemi@ig.com. Once I receive it I will give you a call to assist personally.
