[Missing bars VUSA 27/09/2021]

Okay it was briefly fixed I did see all the data on mine for a little while. Now back to only showing a single point since Friday and that labelled for tomorrow.

Interestingly enough I've been doing some digging (I'm also a software man! @Burim) and with the stocks that have problems they exist for any periodicity down to 1 min. If I select 10 secs or less it's okay (although, of course, you can only see a relatively short period of history) unless I select tick and then it just seems to hang. So at least I can select 10 secs and get some idea of current movements. Any periodicity above that doesn't work.

And you're correct; as I'm evaluating I am, indeed, using the demo platform. But it's not much of a demo if it doesn't work.

Well I've sent them two emails with screen shots and have had zero response. I was evaluating IG for possible use by me but I'm now out. I can't risk my money on such a flaky system with useless support. I shall be looking elsewhere.

I have a similar problem with no data showing between Friday and the current time. I have twice sent emails with attached screen shots to the helpdesk and all I've had in response is an automated acknowledgement. I joined IG to evaluate it for trading. This has failed my evaluation and I'm out. How am I supposed to risk my money with this level instability and support. Sorry!

This sounds like the same problem I'm having. It started yesterday and is worse today (labelled as tomorrow!). Showing full data up to Friday and now nothing for yesterday and a single data point for today. I get exactly the same problem with a large number (but not all) of other instruments. I get the same problem with Edge which (other than this testing) I never use for IG. I have cleared cache, history etc. and I have logged out an in again numerous times. Utterly useless. I think I will have to go elsewhere. I can't risk my money on such a flaky system.

The problem still exists today only worse. Now no data is showing for the 27th and 28th and only a single data point for tomorrow!

I'm having the same problem though not with all instruments and am getting it on two different browsers. I have contacted and chatted to support and have sent them a screen shot so hopefully some response soon!
