For some reason, when I open a position, it is no longer displaying the horizontal bar on the charts any more. So I can not see the profit/loss an individual position is making on the chart, or close the position from the chart. One click has stopped working. I can open the positions pane, but this obscures the chart, so how can I close a position, whilst keeping the chart in view? Is there any way to split the screen between the chart and the positions pane? Any help appreciated. C.

Hi. I have noticed the one-click feature has disappeared from my charts today. It is switched on. I have re-booted the computer, and tried switching one-click off and back on, but despite the switch registering it as on, it is still not appearing on the chart when a position becomes open. Any suggestions much appreciated. C.

Hi. I'm fairly new to this. I've noticed that every time a trade opens, consistently over dozens of trades now, it immediately slips a couple of points, or thereabouts, in to a (-) negative profit. Is this just slippage? If so, why is it always in the wrong direction? I find this so annoying. Many thanks.
