Hi I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I opened my IG account to see I had profited nicely . I tried to withdraw my funds but wernt able to. I took the relevant screenshots to prove that my account was in fact holding these funds and it was also showing as available . When I rang up the helpline they told me this was a glitch and that I should log out and log back in which I did. But then my profits I thought I had made where gone??? I feel as if this was a bit dodgy and mistake or not the balance showed as available? Does anyone else have any further information regarding this matter. thanks fellow traders.
