    i set this order this morning and it wasnt activated, as you can see both the green and red candle surpassed this order price and it did not kick in. please can you advise why this would happen? Should have triggered at 10.10 or 10.15am? Have I done something wrong? thanks in advance

    New to IG, but the times are incorrect or IG demo is not showing the recent time candles. Here are two screenshots to prove this was 8.15am this morning and yet the candles hadnt reached even 7.30 on the S+P on 5 min time frame. Just done one now> Ive logged out and re-started computer and logged abck in but to no avail, please help and advise - my computer can be seen top right hand corner. Im in the UK - GMT time
