This has been happening since Sunday. I was told then it should be resolved shortly - 2 days later and no resolution and no update.

Anyone please?

So I have created a number of custom chart layouts. Sometimes I save an asset to my workspace and then split screen to show 4 custom charts. Sometime I might delete the asset from my workspace and then go to add it back again at some stage. At this point though, I'd hope it would load the last available layout before I deleted it from the workspace but it doesn't. So I have to split into 4 again and then reapply the custom charts which is very dull to say the least particularly when you chop and change assets a lot. Any advice on this subject would be most appreciated.

I can't find how to do this?

I have two alerts I wish to delete. However when I do so they just come back!?
