found some answer on IG
"Not tax wrapper enabled. means that it cannot be traded in an ISA due to the tax rules applied in an ISA. You should be able to trade the securities in your dealing account instead but you will be subject to tax.

I have tried to make my password stronger, I'm using Lass Pass which offer up to 99 characters password but it looks like the platform doesn't accept more than 20 characters ???
