    I found the quoteId by subscribing the "QUOTE:{epic}" with "BID_QUOTE_ID" and "OFR_QUOTE_ID" fields. This two fields is not mentioned on the "Streaming API Reference". If the author of the development documentation sees this, please complete the missing information in the documentation.

    I am attempting to place an order through the demo API's "/positions/otc" endpoint. I noticed that when `orderType` is set to "QUOTE", it is required to fill in the `quoteId`. However, I cannot find related information in the "Streaming API Reference."
