Magnetic behaviour in Fibo retracement

Hi All, Recently this magnetic behaviour (sticking automatically to the top of the wick's candle stick or bottom's of the candle stick) has switched off itself. Do anyone knows how to turn on again? I'd be grateful. IG support team is helpless in this matter. (if any). This happened to one of my accounts only.
