For the last two days, my workspace is displaying incorrect figures:
- it has stopped displaying the Profit/loss % - it shows NULL - see image
- or showing Profit/loss % absurd amounts (triple figure profits ...unfortunately not accurate)
Also, the 'BALANCES' are all incorrect e.g.'Profit/loss amount is about triple of actual amount.
Then the account executed a series of trades for almost all my positions with $0 consideration and 0 Level - i.e. nothing materially changed, but I didn't put in these orders.
I have tested the below:
- another existing IG account does not have any of these problems.
- logged in / out - changed browsers - but not solved.
I cannot find an email or number for technical help.
Please help.
