[Spikes]

Hi ,

Some daily charts are often unreadable due to previous spikes !

 

Can these not be removed so as the chart can be properly displayed. ie, standard charter .  There are many more

Thats with point to point lines on chart and indicator, causing divergence rather than cross overs alone on indicators.

Hi all,

I have been struggling to find a stock ( lse )  scanner to pick out RSI or STOCH divergence / reversal signals on daily or weekly patterns.

Seems to be several on the Indian markets but nothing in the UK.?

 

Any help or any one knowing a scanner that does this would be a great help.

[Mobile charts]

Hi, the IG app on my iphone only allows me to open a chart once. If I close that chart it will not let me open the same chart again, or any chart.

I have to close the app and re open and so start again !!

Any help please

Hi Its primarily the web platform, but same when then changing to PRT.

Have cleared cache etc, changed to safari, but the same

Identical issues.  

Was about to transfer funds to live account again, but have not been convinced that this does not happen there either.

Has any one had issues with the demo account ?

I have been with IG for many years and again about to transfer funds to live account. However, concerned that at the moment, for the last 2 weeks the demo platform has been 

very lagging in orders entered, having dealt, you do not know wether you have placed an order only to try again then 5 minutes later comes up in notifications, eventually, agains 5 -7 mins comes up on platform ??

Ive been with IG for many years and whilst sceptical, and wary of the many bad vibes and rumours that come IG,s way  I have up till now  fended them off.

However, I have to say that a recent couple of trades stopped out by large spikes have questioned my loyalty.

GBPUSD was stopped out 19/11,  22.43 at 12938 ? 8 pips above charted price ??  

USDCAD was stopped out on 18/11 22.05 at 13227, the highest price by any other broker platform was 13216 ?? 10 pips above !!

I have emailed IG, but not heard a thing.  I think I am beginning to share most peoples views over this broker
