Spreadbet in Turkey

Hi Can you advise if you are a resident in Turkey can you spreadbet Uk equities and more importantly can you spreadbet in general or are there any restrictions. Trying to call IG on the phone but it disconnects. An early reply would be appreciated. Also if anyone knows of the answer ie they are a resident in Turkey and have an IG spread bet account please let me know Thanks
