I know ,all we really want is some transparency.
whether these so called random checks, is to combat problem gambler's, or maybe criminality ie luandering ect .I can't really think of many other reasons, if a client has been funding their accounts for a long period of time

As traders we like to think we are perceptive, but maybe the."client lifecycle analyst" is right here .All very bizarre still no real explanation after several phone conversations

This is ridiculous they obviously don't want you to use their service anymore for some reason ,they not mentioned if it's to do with issues around laundering or a stipulation from FCA.

Sorry Ignore above was nt meant to post it again .
Yes regarding day trading or traders who rarely hold trades overnight, though surely significant levels of support/ resistance still apply on the spot chart regardless of an adjustment.

Yes this seems a contrived reply as usual, why if it's an adjustment it's settled days earlier regardless of future chart movements. The adjustment fees are high when the instrument is at high resistance or support levels basically the FSTE "plugged" at the moment .Can't you say something abit more creative or more transparent
-
Your just saying exactly what the girl says in the video. Its make spread betting look all so unethical. Why don't you be more transparent.

Thank you but unfortunately for the time being I am only able to trade via mobile

Having gone short on London Coco spot, I am now debited for overnight fees,(previously credited) I may hold this trade for several more weeks, the fees have peaked to a high over last couple of days ,I am wondering if the charges will continue to rise or maybe decline ,
Appreciate any feedback

Why was I charged 4 days overnight fees GBP/EUR there is no bank holidays, I thought it usually 3 days, if a trade carried over Wednesday 10 pm GMT,it not easy making profits as it is, without constantly been penalised
-
good morning is anybody there especially ig employees on here
-
???

bizarrely the daily chart on chf pairs is not up to date with current price or with all other time frames
-
interestingly it dose complicated things though
-
This applies to other pairs too ,my question is, why is this the case. If holding a spot for a few days would it be an advantage to trade Euro/GBP sell, to reduce overnight fees.

I thought the original contact was stating about "tailoring"an account that suits the trader .Not about closure?
