Thank you. I work it IT so maybe look at the time zone for the mobile app web server ?  That's what I would do first unless you use an Oracle database  and it uses timezone and region from the database .

I am in South Africa and I have the IG app on my android phone and the live prices are showing 2 hours ahead and the prices do no update automatically every second. I contact IG SA and they do not know how to fix it.  Is anybody else having this issue

I use the CFD platform. And while you are here I also cannot change the Good Until date after a limit order is placed.  Is there any way I can changed the date and time after ?

I have L2 enabled but I cannot see the market depth for any equities as you mention above.

[Directional Movement Indicaor Alerting]

I have asked for IG to have the directional movement (ADX) indicator to be able to do alerting and  they cannot seem to do it. Why is this?

 

 

[Increased spreads]

I don't trade the IG cash market after hours as the spreads are too high as well. It is only if I am already in a trade that I will continue. If the spreads were halved  I probably would trade and it used to be so. I will also look at Corespreads. Thanks
