Hi All, So had to quickly sell a share today rather fast. I was using the ig platform on my iPad. I added the amount of shares I wanted to sell at quote. Hit get quote and accepted the price. Then hit my trades and it’s still showing up. 3 times this happen and it’s still showing in my working trades. Not happy as i was selling at a profit and now not it profit and still holding the shares. any ideas Thanks

Hi all. I am trying to transfer some funds back to my bank account, It gives me total value, but then says Funds available now, which are lower then the total value. Does anybody now why cheers paolo

Hi all, I am new to the forum so hello to all. I have just set up a account to start to trade in shares. When I was looking at the FTSE 100 the level was not showing the same figure as what it was say on another site. The FTSE was showing up today at around 4pm where IG was showing it down. Is this because I need to activate the Data feed and pay for this service. Is there a delay only of the FTSE 100 or individual shares also. I have noticed this writing this post that there is an option I believe to purchase live update feature is this the case thank you in advance
