Words of advice if you're a new customer/user.
IG decided to restrict my account and not allow me to place any trades, without any notice.
I funded my account via my own business account card - which was accepted via IG after verifying the card.
I have been trading with these funds for almost 6 months, to then be told that my deposit was against their terms and conditions and therefore my account must be returned back to the card account.. locking me out from trading.
So at the moment, I have zero access to my liquid cash, and zero access to my IG account.....
All without any Email/call/text/smoke signal or even homing pigeon.
Leave it to the customer to call up and then decided to inform them.
